Travel Shop is a trading name operated from C4-C/389 GF, Janakpuri, Delhi 110058, India ("Travel Shop", "we", "us"). We arrange travel-related services as an agent — flights, hotels, holiday packages, visa filing, travel insurance and forex.

By placing an enquiry, requesting a quote or making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Quotes are indicative until confirmed in writing and are valid for the period stated. Final prices, inclusions and terms are governed by the booking confirmation issued by the underlying supplier (airline, hotel, embassy, insurer).

Bookings are confirmed only on receipt of the agreed deposit. Balance payments are due as per the timelines in your booking confirmation. We accept UPI, bank transfer and card payments via secure gateways.

Changes and cancellations are governed by the supplier's policy plus any Travel Shop service charges. Please refer to our Cancellation policy and Refund policy for details.

It is your responsibility to ensure passports, visas, health certificates and other entry documents are valid. We assist with visa filing on a best-effort basis; final approval rests entirely with the relevant embassy or consulate.

Travel Shop acts as an agent of suppliers and is not liable for acts, errors, omissions or default of any supplier, nor for events of force majeure including but not limited to weather, strikes, war, pandemic, or government action.

Personal information is handled per our Privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
